Das Ponttor im Rücken als Ausgangspunkt führt die Pontstraße dich bis zum Aachener Marktplatz. Vorbei an einer Vielzahl von Kneipen, Restaurants und Cafés und über Aachens Kopfsteinpflaster. Gilt der erste Abschnitt der Pontstraße noch als Treffpunkt für das jüngere und jung gebliebene Publikum, so bietet der obere Teil auch Restaurants und Bars für diejenigen, die es ein wenig ruhiger mögen.
Aachen hat viel schöne Parks, die sich vor allem im Sommer für ein Picknick oder gemeinsam Grillen lohne. Einer davon ist der Westpark nur 4 km von unserem Studentenwohnheim entfernt.
Der Westpark hat schon so einige Funktionen hinter sich. Heute ist der Westpark Treffpunkt für jung und alt. Das Besondere: der Westpark ist einer der wenigen Parks, in denen in freigegebenen Bereichen (Wiese an der Weststraße) gegrillt werden darf, sodass er ein beliebter Treffpunkt für Studenten ist.
Vaals ist das höchstgelegene Dorf der Niederlande und das einzige Dorf, das sich selbst als Bergdorf bezeichnet. Am Fuß des Dorfes entspringt der Vijlenerbos. Dieser Wald ist der größte in den Niederlanden und sehr bekannt für seine einzigartigen Wandermöglichkeiten.
Mitte in dem Wald, auf einer Höhe von 260 m, liegt das Waldcafé (Boscafé) “Het Hijgend Hert, und gilt als die einzige Berghütte der Niederlande. Das Waldcafé hat eine schöne Terrasse mit einer tollen Aussicht u.a. auf die Skihalle SnowWorld in Landgraaf, die größte überdachte Skihalle Europas.)

Yes, you can. When you request more information about a property or a specific room, the form will ask you which room category you’re interested in. Once you select a category, you’ll receive a reply with all the available options within that category, so you can choose the exact room or studio you prefer.
There’s also always the option to visit the property in person and view the available rooms—either by booking an appointment or attending an open house day. This gives you the chance to see the spaces firsthand before making your choice.

Die Mietverträge von Xior Student Housing in den Niederlanden sind unbefristet und gelten für die Dauer Ihres Studiums oder bis zur Kündigung durch eine der beiden Parteien (es gilt eine Kündigungsfrist von einem Monat und eine Mindestmietdauer von 12 Monaten). Eine Ausnahme bildet Groningen (www.xiorstudenthousing.eu/netherlands/goningen/zernike-tower-short-stay/), wo wir befristete 6-Monats-Verträge anbieten (ohne Kündigungsfrist).
