Less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: the refundable deposit is not returned, except if the student is not admitted to a university in the same city. In that case, a full refund will be issued upon presentation of valid supporting documents.

Yes, you can update your preferred payment method whenever you need. Once the payment for a specific month has been processed, the change will apply starting from the next payment.
It’s your responsibility to keep your payments up to date. If the monthly payment is not received within 8 days after the due date stated in the instalment calendar, a 10% late fee will be applied to the outstanding amount. If the delay reaches 15 days, Xior will consider the accommodation contract terminated. In this case, no refunds will be issued for any amounts already paid, including the last month’s instalment, fees or the deposit.
